Feedbacks

The Feedbacks page allows users to communicate directly with the Global Score Agent team. Here you can submit comments, report bugs, or request changes related to your account and the platform.

This page is divided into two main sections:

1. My Comments

In this section, you can view a list of all the comments, reports, or requests you have submitted to GSA.

For each submitted comment, you can see:

  • The content of the comment or report you made
  • The submission date
  • The response from the GSA team (if it has already been reviewed)

This section is useful for tracking your reports and checking if they have been addressed.


2. New Comment

This section allows you to submit a new comment or report to the Global Score Agent team.

You can use this form to:

  • Report bugs or errors in the platform
  • Report inconsistencies in your agents’ information
  • Request changes to your profile’s subscription plan
  • Send any other type of comment, suggestion, or inquiry

Simply write your message and submit it. The GSA team will review it and respond through the My Comments section.


What is this page for?

The Feedbacks page is the official channel to:

  • Report technical issues with the platform
  • Request modifications to your agents’ information
  • Ask for changes or clarifications regarding your subscription plan
  • Send suggestions for improvement

It is an important tool for maintaining direct communication with the Global Score Agent team.


Usage Tips

  • Use the New Comment section when you need to report a bug or request something specific.
  • Periodically check the My Comments section to see responses from the GSA team.
  • Be as clear and detailed as possible when writing a comment or report, as this helps it get addressed faster.
  • This page is especially useful if you detect inconsistencies in your agents’ data or if you need to manage something related to your subscription.
